Sacramento, CA, January 11, 2018 – Karl W. Palachuk, technology author, blogger, and managed services business consultant, announced today that he is hold another “Roadshow” for IT consultants and managed service providers in 2018.
Palachuk will be bringing his SMB Roadshow to cities all across North America in March, April, and May . . . and even two stops in Hawaii as well. The tour’s theme is Killer Combo: Managed Services Plus Cloud Services. The curriculum will focus on the most important “best practices” for both Managed Services and Cloud Services in 2018.
Palachuk has been advising technology business professionals through his books, blogs, and touring events for nearly 20 years, helping thousands of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT consultants reach their customers with solid business models and offerings in cloud services, server migrations, remote management, and more.
Palachuk’s book Managed Services in a Month – now in it’s third edition – has been the best selling book on managed services books for ten years. His Service Agreements book is normally the second best selling book on managed services.
